Return Policy
7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return period from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please email us at connect@aurathings.store with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item (if damaged)
• Reason for return
We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Only return items to us after receiving return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at connect@aurathings.store. We will replace the item or provide a full refund at no additional cost to you.
